Regional Coordinator: Dr. Netrananda Sahu
Dr. Sahu holds Ph.D (MEXT Fellow) and Postdoctoral Degree (JSPS Fellow) from Disaster Prevention Research Institute, Kyoto University, Japan. He also holds a diploma in Human Security Engineering from Kyoto University. Dr. Sahu was an Intern at the International Research Institute for Climate and Society, (IRI), Columbia University, New York.
Dr Sahu’s research expertise includes Climate variability, climate change, seasonal forecast/extreme events, and disaster risk reduction.
