Having more than 14 years of work experience in education, training, and adolescent counseling. Co-founder and Program Manager at Doers, leading the management of training programs organized or facilitated by Doers, and is a Visiting Faculty at various state-level training institutions in the Himachal Pradesh state of India. Anuradha holds a specialized Degree in Education and also possesses a Post Graduate Diploma in Disaster Management. Besides this, she is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Development Studies.
