A practitioner in climate risk and disaster management with over 17 years of expertise in mainstreaming risk into planning and sector development planning in Sri Lanka. A consultant for the Asian Development Bank (ADB) Resident Mission in Sri Lanka, and formerly with UNDP-SL, UNDP-Uganda, and UNDP-Solomon Islands. Rohan obtained a Bachelor of Social Sciences from the Open University of Sri Lanka, a Masters in Development Studies from the University of Colombo, and a Master of Science in Town and Country Planning from the University of Moratuwa in Sri Lanka. Founder of the “Climate Frontiers of Sri Lanka”.
