Sameer is a trained demographer with expertise in social change and development, specializing in training, monitoring, evaluation, and public health research. With nearly seven years of experience across diverse sociocultural settings in health, education, and social development, he has contributed to projects funded by the Government of India and international organizations. For the past two years, he has served as an Assistant Professor at the P.G. Department of Population Studies, Fakir Mohan University.
